Best Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies Recipes

 This delicious chocolate brownie is free of gluten and loaded with chocolate flavor!

Ingredients:

  1. 75g butter
  2. 360g good quality dark chocolate
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cup white sugar
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1/3 cup cornflour
  7. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (vanilla essence will do though)

Glaze:

  1. 85g dark chocolate
  2. ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  3. 25g butter
  4. 50g White chocolate for drizzling (optional)


Instructions:

Step:NO:01

Set oven temperature to 180°C.

Step:NO:02

Grease and line a 20cm square tin with wax paper.

Step:NO:03

Put the chocolate and butter in a small, heatproof bowl and set it over a double boiler. (If you do not own a double boiler, use a large pot and a smaller pot that can be placed on top of the larger pot.)

After the chocolate and butter have melted, remove from the heat and stir in the brown and white sugars.

Allow the chocolate mixture to cool for a few minutes before beating in the eggs.

Gently fold your dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until thoroughly mixed.

Transfer your blend into the ready-made pan and bake for around 35 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool.

Step:NO:09

Prepare your chocolate glaze while the brownies are cooling. Melt the butter, chocolate, and maple syrup in a small pot over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Drizzle the brownies with the glaze.

Step:NO:11

Optional: Use a spoon to drizzle 50g of melted white chocolate over your delicious brownies after it has melted in a heatproof basin.
