- 1 large egg
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- Oil for frying

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Beat the egg and milk together in a separate shallow bowl. Chicken is dipped first in egg mixture and then in cracker mixture.
