Air Fryer Mexican Chicken Traybake Recipes

 There is a delicious fajita flavor to the crispy vegetables, protein-packed beans, and tender, juicy chicken chunks in this Air Fryer Mexican Style Chicken Traybake. Ready in 25 minutes, this is a very satisfying and speedy lunch or dinner for the whole family.


Ingredients:

  1. 650 g Chicken breast, Diced | Approx 4 breasts
  2. 400 g Black beans, Drained and rinsed
  3. 2 Red peppers, Seeded and cut into 1 cm strips
  4. 1 Red onion, Peeled and sliced into 1 cm strips
  5. 2 tbsp Fajita seasoning, See notes
  6. 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  7. Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, Pinch


Instructions:

Step:NO:01

Place all ingredients into your air fryer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Step:NO:02

Partially shake vigorously throughout cooking.
